BUTLER OFFICE offers a special workshop on „conflict management, strengthening of communication and character for hotel employees“. The aim is to get familiar with the needs of guests and to improve in everyday work at hotels.

The workshop is directed to employees working at top hotels. We show how to deal with special challenges in a very practice- and solution-oriented way as our trainings take place at chosen hotels.
